Riding a bike will help with your muscular endurance much in the same way that running does.

Number three: Row. Rowing may be considered as one of the best ways to increase muscular endurance because it involves several parts of the body – your legs, back, arms, chest, and shoulders – working all at once. Number four: Engage in strength training exercises. Strengthening exercises include push ups, chin ups, and tricep dips. These exercises will help you gain endurance in your muscles, and build muscle mass and strength as well. And number five. Play sports. Tennis, basketball, soccer, and hockey are all great sports that will increase your endurance.
